... ale báli jste se zeptat, v nové knize Constitutional Pluralism in the European Union and Beyond nenajdete, přesto však nabízí inspirativní čtení od zastánců této teorie evropské integrace a střetávání různých právních řádů mimo EU, tak od jejích odpůrců a kritiků.

V knize tak jsou příspěvky od Miguela Madura, Neila Walkera nebo Mattiase Kumma na jedné straně, anebo Alexandera Someka, Mateje Avbelje či Julio Baquero Cruze na straně druhé. Zkoumají ústavní pluralismus jak teoreticky, tak v rámci jeho praktické aplikace (např. z pohledu německého Spolkového ústavního soudu - kapitola od Franze Mayera a Mattiase Wendela, anebo Soudního dvora - kapitola Daniela Sarmienta).
