Pozvánka na přednášku Roberta Alexyho

On the 17th of December, Robert Alexy will deliver an Inaugural Lecture on the topic: "A Non-Positivistic Concept of Constitutional Rights" on the occasion of his appointment as Distinguished Fellow in Law and Public Affairs at the Centre for Law and Public Affairs (CeLAPA), Institute of State and Law, Academy of Sciences.

The lecture will take place at The Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, Narodni 3, Prague, room no. 205. Guests are asked to arrive prompt for a 2 pm start. The lecture and ensuing discussion will last approximately 90 minutes and will be followed by an informal reception, where light refreshments will be served.
